The Bay County Economic Development Alliance (EDA) is a public/private partnership partnership working to establish a globally competitive environment for Bay County which encourages economic growth, enhances the community's quality of life and nurtures the creation and expansion of business.

Chamber members also have an opportunity to participate in the Economic Development Alliance by becoming a member of Enterprise Bay.
Private companies and individuals participate in EDA activities and committees by joining Enterprise Bay. The objective of Enterprise Bay is to provide additional financial resources and guidance to the EDA's efforts in attracting new jobs to Bay County.
