Bay Young Professionals (BYP) is a program of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce created by the Leadership Bay Class of 2005/2006. The purpose of BYP is to cultivate and foster leadership potential in our young professionals. Creating future community and business leaders through a mixture of educational and social events, this dynamic new organization will encourage personal and professional development, confidence building and connections to the community and one another.
