FREE Class on Hospitality Industry
10/20/2014 to 11/10/2014

01:00 am - 01:00 am

CALL TO RSVP now as class begins November 20th and class size is limited.

Please tell everyone you know about the class. It is still FREE to take the class and get the local certificate of completion.

Time to start training for next season! Positions are still currently open in a few hotels throughout the area and more will be coming in February. This is a great time for people to start learning new skills or sharpening their existing skills in order to build careers in the Hospitality Industry.

To take the national exam, there is a reimbursement fee of $65, which allows them the chance to earn up to three nationally recognized certifications, two lapel pins, and they get two workbooks they get to keep for future reference.

COMING SOON! Housekeeping 101! This will be a one-week class dedicated to housekeeping training. Housekeeping is the largest department in virtually any hotel or resort you can think of. Having been an executive housekeeper for many years, I have a clear understanding of what skills are needed in order to be successful at it. Good housekeepers can earn $600 a week or more, year 'round, right here in Bay County! I would encourage both those who want to break into housekeeping and those with some experience, but who are still only working seasonally. I plan to roll out this new class after the first of the year, before Spring Break.
