GCSC Offers Fitness Classes to Community Spring 2017

Just in time for the New Year, Gulf Coast State College is excited to announce that fitness classes will be offered to the community during the Spring 2017 semester.  CLICK ON ATTACHMENT for details.


Circuit training, Zumba Fitness and Yoga classes will be offered two days a week for 16 weeks from January 5 – April 27. The cost per each class is $98.75 ($3.29/class).


Access to the weight room/fitness center, pool and hydrotherapy pool are included along with a GCSC parking decal.

Strides for Scholars 5K Run/Walk

The Bay Education Foundation will host Strides for Scholars, a 5k run/walk on February 11, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. starting at the walking park on 11th Street and Balboa Avenue, Panama City.  Sponsorships are still available ...  CLICK ON ATTACHMENT for more information and forms.

Auditions for Art of Murder - a play

Freedom 180's Community Awareness Day

To raise support for The Covenant Foundation and Visionary Projects, such as expansion of facilities, technology, science and Fine Arts programs, tuition-based scholarships, athletics and classroom budgetary needs. Join us for our annual Coach Post 5K/10K Fun Run - a family friendly road race at St. Andrews State Park! Sugary white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast surround our flat and fast course.


The course winds through the pristine surroundings of St Andrews – one of the state of Florida’s top 3 most popular parks! There are water/aid stations in various locations along the course. Volunteers will be lining the route to cheer you on! After the race you and your family can enjoy the beaches, nature trails or even the ferryboat to Shell Island all offered by St. Andrews state park! Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome on this USATF certified course. This is an officially chip timed event. Participants are asked to carpool, as parking is limited.


The race starts at 7:30am, so please make sure to arrive with plenty of time for parking and registration. All participants will receive a complimentary custom Coach Post Run t-shirt. A post race party will follow the race along with the awards ceremony.

Art of Murder - A Play
