The Bay County
Chamber is pleased to announce the 15th graduating class of Junior
Leadership Bay. On April 28th,a reception was held to honor the participants at the FSU PC Holley Academic Center.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Gabe Phelps, an Arnold High School student, was presented with a scholarship to attend Gulf Coast State College and Florida State University – Panama City Campus.
Junior Leadership Bay is an eight month
program for high school juniors designed to prepare, develop and enhance high
school juniors for future roles in community leadership at an early point in
to the 2014-15 Class:
