13th Class of Junior Leadership Bay Graduates
April 18, 2013

The Bay County Chamber is pleased to announce the 13th graduating class of Junior Leadership Bay. On April 29th at 5:30 p.m., a


reception will be held to honor the participants at the FSU Panama City Holley Academic Center.


During the program, keynote speaker Congressman Steve Southerland will speak to the class on leadership. At the conclusion of the

ceremony, one graduate will be presented with a scholarship to attend Gulf Coast State College and Florida State University – Panama City Campus.


Junior Leadership Bay is an eight month program for high school juniors designed to prepare, develop and enhance high school juniors for future roles in community leadership at an early point in life.
